    Going to take your advice Kelda and go into meditation mode for the most part of tomorrow. Will certainly be keeping away from social media posting! I have to say that I have been unable to perform any work tasks that require concentration over the last few days so am taking a few days off because there simply isn’t any flow there – just problems with any attempt at mundane admin tasks. Thanks for the update 🙂
